• Prompt treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
• Evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries with a focus on returning the injured employee to work as quickly and safely as possible

• Evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries
• Evaluation and treatment of common orthopedic problems

Physical Examinations and other Prevention Services:

• CDL/DOT physical examinations
• OSHA HazMat/Surveillance examinations
• Pre-placement/Post-offer physical examinations
• Annual wellness
• Insurance physicals
• School/Sports physicals
• Drug and alcohol testing

These services are provided to our patients and business clients on a walk-in basis. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
